Setup & Logistics
Everything you need to know before the show
Load-In
Vendor load-in begins at 6:30 AM on the day of the event. All vendors must be fully set up before doors open to the public.
Load-Out
Load-out begins immediately after the event ends. All vendor materials must be cleared from the venue within 2 hours of closing.
Vendor Rules
All merchandise must be appropriate for a general convention audience. DragonBall-Kon reserves the right to request removal of any items deemed inappropriate.
Location
The vendor room is located inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Fort Myers, FL. Detailed floor maps will be sent to confirmed vendors prior to the event.
